Accounting Associate for Homeowners Association-Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, experience with Quickbooks 2016 and present a pleasant and supportive outlook when dealing with co-workers and members of the association. Additional duties include serving as the administrative assistant to the Board of Directors, taking/addressing phone calls, paying bills and payroll entry. This office management type position requires math skills, computer literacy, knowledge of QuickBooks and cost center accounting, knowledge of basic accounting practices, and skill to manage complex bank accounts. Position requires High School Diploma or GED and two years minimum higher education or equivalent career experience and a valid State of Hawaii Driver’s License.
